FCA was founded in 1973 by Dr. David Auckland, whose vision was to create a strong, values-centered educational community. Just three years later, in 1976, the school celebrated its first graduating class. That inaugural class included nine students that set the foundation for generations to come.

The 1980s brought steady growth and new opportunities. As enrollment increased, the need for additional space became clear, leading to the construction of a school addition. This decade also saw the introduction and expansion of academic enrichment activities which became an important part of the student experience.

Throughout the 1990s, the school continued to grow in both size and reputation. Enrollment increased, programs expanded, and the school strengthened its commitment to academic excellence and community involvement.

The 2020s ushered in an exciting new era with a move to a new location. This transition marked a significant milestone, positioning the school for future growth while continuing to honor the vision that began over half a century ago!
